Terms of use

These terms cover the TripManifest mobile app and this website, operated by Webber Cross Technical (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

The app

TripManifest is a packing tool for a personal gear inventory, reusable manifests, and trip workflows (check, load up, unload). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on devices you own or control.

Free and Pro

Core features work without payment, with limits (one active trip, two manifests). TripManifest Pro is a one-time in-app purchase sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handle payment, taxes, and their own refund rules. Restore purchases from Settings if you reinstall.

Your content

Gear, manifests, and trips you enter stay yours. They are stored on your device unless you export a backup or, with Pro, upload a backup to TripManifest cloud storage. You are responsible for what you store and for keeping backups you care about.

Cloud backup

Cloud backup is optional and requires Pro plus sign-in with your email. We may retain a limited number of backups per account and delete older ones automatically. Do not use cloud backup for content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to store. We may suspend access if an account is abused or required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or related services (including the backup API): no probing, overloading, or attempting to access anyone else’s data.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that packing lists will be complete for any trip. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost gear, travel disruption, or lost data.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version is published at https://www.tripmanifest.co.uk/terms.
